2. Who can order from JQ Wholesale?
Only registered business customers can place orders. We sell exclusively to boutique owners, retailers, and fashion traders. We do not sell to individual consumers.
3. Do I need a business account to shop?
Yes, a valid business account is required. You must register and be approved before you can access pricing and make purchases.
4. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on JQ Wholesale are 100% authentic. We work directly with trusted UK fashion brands and suppliers to ensure quality and genuine merchandise for our buyers.
5. How often do you add new stock?
New arrivals are added every week. Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter to stay updated.
6. Can I reserve items?
Unfortunately, we do not reserve stock. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Are items sold in packs or individually?
It depends on the product. Some are sold individually and others in pre-packed size ratios. Each product description clearly states the packaging format.
8. Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be applied at checkout where applicable.
9. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer exclusive discounts depending on order size and brand. Look out for special promotions and brand-specific offers.
10. Do you offer loyalty deals?
Yes, regular buyers can benefit from exclusive offers and early access to limited stock promotions.
11. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping costs vary by country. UK orders over £350 qualify for free shipping.
13. How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 1–3 working days. International shipping times depend on the destination and courier.
14. Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
15. Can I return or exchange products?
We only accept returns for faulty items reported within 30 days of receiving your order. A faulty item is one that is damaged or unusable (e.g., unstitched seams, holes, stains, print errors).
- Do not send items back without approval. Contact us first. Each brand has a different return address.
- Only faulty items are eligible for a refund. All other valid returns receive a credit note.
- We do not refund or cover postage costs.
- Return must include order number, account name, and return instructions.
- Allow up to 14 working days for processing.
- No in-person returns accepted—postal only.
16. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please email us within 30 days of receiving your parcel, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and provide instructions, including the correct return address depending on the brand.

No manual payment terms offered. UK customers can use Klarna to split their payments at checkout.

We stock top UK fashion brands including AX Paris, Kurt Muller, Jenerique, Angeleye, CY Fashion, Nazz Collection, No Doubt Shoes, NB Avenue and more. Our listings update weekly.
20. Can I order from multiple brands in one checkout?
Yes, you can mix items from multiple brands into one cart and enjoy consolidated shipping and payment.
21. What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is £100.00. You can mix and match products from different brands—just ensure your cart total is at least £100.00 to check out.
22. Do you have WhatsApp?
Yes, we have a WhatsApp Business account with direct support. We also run an exclusive chat for retailers where we share updates like new arrivals, promotions, and more.

23. Can I use your images or videos?
Yes, you can use our images and videos for your store or social media—but only for the styles you've purchased, and only after completing your purchase.
24. Can I change labels on the products?
Yes, you can relabel the garments you purchase from us as needed for your brand.
Klarna – Pay in 3
How does Klarna Pay in 3 work?
Klarna lets you split your total into 3 equal, interest-free payments. The first payment is taken at checkout, and the remaining two every 30 days.
Who can use Klarna?
Klarna Pay in 3 is available to UK-based customers, subject to eligibility checks done by Klarna during checkout.
Is there interest or fees?
No, Pay in 3 is completely interest-free. No hidden charges as long as payments are made on time.
Will it affect my credit score?
No, Klarna runs a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score.
How do I choose Klarna at checkout?
Simply select “Klarna” as your payment method during checkout. You’ll be redirected to Klarna to complete your payment setup.
