Returns Policy (30 Days)

At JQ Wholesale, we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was received, but only for items that are faulty.

What Qualifies as a Faulty Item?

  • Unstitched seams

  • Holes, tears, or broken zips

  • Stains, fabric defects, or visible print issues

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
All approved returns (except confirmed faulty items) will be issued as a credit note, redeemable at any time on any product.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be pre-approved by the JQ Wholesale team before being sent.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

  • We do not refund original shipping charges.

  • Returns must be sent using a trackable courier service.

  • Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

NO DOUBT SHOES – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The following policy applies to all NO DOUBT SHOES items purchased through the JQ Wholesale platform:

Delivery & Inspection

Responsibility for goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

  • Delivery is considered complete either:
    • At the Brand’s premises (if collected or carriage arranged by you), or
    • At your specified address (if shipped by the Brand).
  • All goods must be inspected upon delivery.
  • If any items are damaged or missing, you must notify the JQ Wholesale team within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
  • You must allow the Brand or the carrier a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only considered upon written agreement between all parties.
  • The Brand reserves the right to refuse refunds unless mutually agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the goods for inspection.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be accepted.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are only available in cases of verified faults.

KURT MULLER – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The following policy applies to all Kurt Muller items purchased through the JQ Wholesale platform:

Faulty Items

Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty items.

  • All damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt by emailing the JQ Wholesale team.
  • Please include your order number, name, delivery address, product description, and evidence of the fault.

Return Process

  • Once the return is approved via email, items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 5 days of receiving return authorization.
  • Once received and inspected, the item value will be credited toward your next order.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-returnable, as they are reduced for end-of-season clearance.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Return Shipping

  • Customers must arrange return shipment at their own cost via a courier of their choice.
  • Kurt Muller is not liable for any loss or damage during transit or for return postage costs.
  • A tracking number must be provided when inquiring about your return status.

Returned items remain the customer’s property until received and signed for by Kurt Muller.

NAZZ COLLECTION – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following return terms apply to all items purchased from Nazz Collection via the JQ Wholesale platform:

Notification of Returns

Customers must notify the JQ Wholesale team within 48 hours of delivery in the event of any incorrect or unsatisfactory items. All returns must be approved in advance. Direct communication with the brand is not permitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, and this is reported within the timeframe, Nazz Collection will offer an exchange wherever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued to the customer's JQ Wholesale account.

Unsatisfactory Orders

If a customer is not satisfied with the item for any reason, Nazz Collection may offer an exchange or credit note (with no expiry), subject to approval. This must be requested within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are not offered unless the product is faulty.

Sale Items

Items purchased from sale or clearance sections are non-returnable unless faulty. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for any other reason.

Return Conditions

All returns must be:

  • Pre-approved by the JQ Wholesale team
  • Unused and in original condition and packaging
  • Returned at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty

For all return-related matters, communication must be directed to JQ Wholesale only. The brand does not handle returns or customer queries directly.
